Job Description:

The Oracle AMS Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for Oracle applications, ensuring stable operations, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement across Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SCM, Manufacturing, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle AMS delivery across L1, L2, and L3 support teams.
• Own Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive operational excellence.
• Lead major incident management, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage customer governance reviews, service performance, risks, and improvement plans.
• Drive ticket reduction, root-cause analysis, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Oversee resource planning, team development, succession planning, and knowledge management.
• Manage support transitions, hyper care handovers, and enhancement requests.
• Track project financials, utilisation, invoicing, and account growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, audit requirements, and security standards.
• Strong Oracle EBS/Fusion functional and AMS delivery experience.
• Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management.
• Financial and Governance Management.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement mindset.
