Senior OPT Recruiter – Hyderabad
Experience: 5–6 years in OPT recruitment or US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of OPT candidates, US IT staffing, and recruitment processes.
Experience sourcing, screening, and qualifying OPT candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
