Location: Hyderabad - Kukatpally
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
Recruit OPT/CPT/H1B/H4 EAD/GC EAD candidates for our company's internal bench. Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and availability. Maintain candidate information and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in OPT recruitment.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively
Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation
Requirements
1-3 years of Talent Acquisition/OPT Recruiter experience in US IT staffing
Strong understanding of recruitment & sales strategies
Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
