Location:Anna Nagar, Chennai

Work Model: On-site

Requirement: Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate

Work Hours: 7.30 PM to 5 AM IST (This is a night shift role)

4. Interest in the technology industry and prior experience working with early stage technology firms, is a big plus.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Operations Manager to drive cross-functional execution, establish strong workflows, and improve operating discipline across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across multiple functions. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and a no job is too small mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and improve workflows, SOPs, and operating practices across teams.
• Drive cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution.
• Track priorities, dependencies, action items, and follow-ups.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across functions.
• Build simple trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Step in wherever needed to unblock teams and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Program Management, Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management.
• Proven experience building and improving workflows and processes.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to take on tasks of any size to ensure outcomes are delivered.

This is a fully on-site role in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
