Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manpower operations, blue-collar workforce deployment, and facility management services across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization, and site operations.
• Lead field teams, supervisors, and site HR.
• Handle client relationships, vendor coordination, and employee relations.
• Ensure labour law, PF, ESIC, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and MIS reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in staffing, workforce outsourcing, industrial manpower, or facility management.
• Strong leadership, client management, and manpower planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Fluency in Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory. Good working knowledge of Hindi and English is required.
• Willingness to travel across client sites.
