Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end store operations for SugarTown Retail Private Limited, ensuring smooth functioning, consistent service quality, and adherence to brand standards across assigned outlets. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves managing staffing schedules, supervising store teams, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating procurement to avoid stockouts and wastage. The Operations Manager will track daily sales and performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes collaborating with franchise partners and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues promptly, supporting new store setups, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth.
Qualifications

• Strong retail or food & beverage operations management experience, including store supervision and multi-location coordination.
• Experience with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, basic Excel or similar tools for reporting, and comfort with technology-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, performance management, and staff training.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety standards in retail or F&B environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or supply chain are an advantage.
• Prior experience in franchise-based businesses or fast-growing retail chains is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to visit multiple store locations as needed.
