Operations Manager

What you will own

• Daily clinic operations: opening and closing discipline, attendance, hygiene, consumables, equipment readiness, SOP checks and weekly scorecards.
• Launch readiness: coordinate interiors, signage, software, billing flow, staffing, vendors, training and the first 30 days of stabilisation.
• Front-office performance: improve enquiry-to-appointment conversion, show rates, no-show follow-up, recalls, patient feedback, reviews and referrals.
• Revenue operations: work with Marketing to identify and close leakage from enquiry through consultation, treatment completion and repeat visits.
• Local marketing support: execute business tie-ups, community dental camps, society activations and local events; coordinate clinic logistics and content creation for doctors with Marketing.
• Doctor and vendor support: turn concerns into action, close local dependencies and maintain a clear escalation tracker.
• Team discipline: coach front-office, assistants and support staff on patient etiquette, calls, WhatsApp, reporting tools and Smilebird standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-6 years in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, retail, wellness or multi-site service operations.
• Strong field-execution mindset; comfortable travelling within the assigned city and clinic cluster.
• Confident coordinating with doctors, front-office teams, assistants, vendors and internal teams.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, clinic tools and basic dashboards.
• Strong Hindi and English communication.

• Hands-on operator, not a desk administrator.

• Calm under pressure and able to solve practical problems quickly.
• Can train a receptionist, chase a vendor, support a senior doctor and send a clean ops report the same day.
• Patient-first, ethical and respectful of clinical autonomy.
