Operations Manager - International Travel Process (Diversity)

We are currently hiring for Operations Manager (Travel Process) with international BPO for GGN

Currently working as a Operations Manager on papers

Should be managing min 200 FTE

Strong understanding of operational metrics such as:

* Shrinkage

* Capacity Management

* NPS

* Attrition

* CSAT

Preferred Experience:

* Team & Client Management

* Driving operational excellence

Excellent communication skills required

Must be flexible for US shifts
