Operations Head - Lifestyle

The Role

Ethos Ltd. is looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to head Operations for our Lifestyle business. You will drive end-to-end business performance across retail, supply chain, and operational functions. You will play a critical role in scaling the vertical, optimising profitability, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience at every touchpoint. You will bring to this work the same care for excellence that our watchmakers bring to theirs.

Your Craft: What You Will Own

Business and P&L ownership

• Own the Lifestyle P&L and drive revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action to deliver performance.

Retail operations

• Lead multi-location retail operations across all stores and formats.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, customer experience, and visual merchandising.
• Drive store productivity: sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT.

Supply chain and inventory

• Oversee inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment across channels.
• Work with sourcing and merchandising to optimise assortment and availability, and minimise stock imbalances, markdowns, and working capital waste.

Process excellence and analytics

• Build scalable SOPs and drive continuous improvement, using technology, automation, and analytics.
• Establish MIS and dashboards and forecast demand and capacity.

Cross-functional and team leadership

• Partner with merchandising, marketing, finance, HR, and digital, and bridge corporate strategy with on-ground execution.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams with accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Expansion and new initiatives

• Support new store launches and market entry.
• Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and channels in Lifestyle, and lead pilots to scale.

Your Passion: Who You Are

• You have a bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• You have 8–15+ years in retail or business operations, with 3–5+ years in leadership.
• You have strong experience in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or premium retail, and a proven record of managing a P&L and scaling multi-location operations.
• You know inventory planning, supply chain, and retail metrics well.
• You think strategically, execute with excellence, and bring an ownership mindset.
• You put the customer first, lead strong teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You love the craft of running great operations, and you keep learning.
