Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store and back-end operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes related to inventory management, merchandising, and customer service support. The Operations Executive will monitor operational performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance. The role includes analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, supporting staff scheduling, and assisting in resolving operational issues promptly. The position requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor and in support areas to maintain consistent service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily store activities and ensure process efficiency.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with teams, engage with stakeholders, and support collaborative work.
• Relevant experience in retail, supply chain, or store operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Graduate degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field preferred.
