Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves managing end-to-end operational activities related to education loan processing, including application verification, documentation checks, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely disbursements. The Operations Executive will monitor process adherence, track and resolve operational issues, and support the implementation of standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. This position requires regular interaction with sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, clear communication, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role may also include maintaining MIS reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle loan processing, documentation, and workflow coordination effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making and process improvement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers in a professional manner.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of NBFC/financial services operations, basic understanding of education loans, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related discipline, along with prior experience in operations or back-office roles in financial services, will be an added advantage.
