Operations Analyst

About the role:

• Inspection Coordination: Ensure seamless inspection alignment across 10 cities with timely execution.
• Inspector Feedback Loop: Engage with inspectors to gather follow-up.
• Coordination: with Lead Owners for scheduling, updates, and operational sync.
• Roster Management: Create and manage inspector rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Inspection Scheduling: Maintain and monitor the inspection scheduler for accurate tracking.
• Daily Reporting: Keep reports updated with daily scheduled and completed inspections.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must youll be the ops bridge between teams!
• Availability: 6-day workweek. Should be available for all operational calls as needed.

Requirements:

-1 to 5 Years of experience in hub/warehouse operations

-Team handling expeience mandatory

-Graduation degree
