Role Description DDAI Tech is looking for an OpenText professional to join an Application Maintenance Services (AMS) team.

Work mode: Remote

Contract duration: 6–8 months

Shift coverage windows (IST):

• Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM the following day

• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

The role operates on shifts within these coverage windows.

Required skills:

• OpenText xECM and Content Server

• Application support, operational support, or AMS experience

• ServiceNow, incident management, and monitoring tools

• Application troubleshooting and log analysis

• Basic Linux administration and relational database knowledge

Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident ownership, user support, operational checks, and collaboration with technical teams to maintain service continuity.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage assigned activities independently are essential.
