Opening for Human Resource (Generalist)

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for Recruitment, managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies, and supporting employees across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Conduct onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
• Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management
• Assist in goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee development plans.
• HR Operations
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Post graduation degree in Human Resources field
• 5 - 10 years of HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in IT consulting companies mandatory (with Good stability)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
