Onsite - WE ARE Hiring US Operations Support Coordinator (DAY SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to incoming calls and text messages from US clients, facilities, and active employees.
• Manage last-minute staffing requests, employee call-outs, late arrivals, and shift coverage.
• Search the ATS and active employee database to identify suitable replacement resources.
• Contact employees to confirm availability and coordinate shift coverage.
• Communicate staffing updates, replacement status, and estimated arrival times (ETAs) to clients.
• Document calls, staffing activities, and follow-up items for effective team coordination.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, basic candidate queries, and ATS data entry during downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear handovers to the daytime team.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Recruitment or US Onboarding is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS, staffing systems, CRM, or call-logging platforms.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage urgent requests professionally and work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-service orientation.

Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 10:30 AM 07:30 PM IST
Working Days: Monday Friday
