Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Domain Consultant with a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead and execute end-to-end OCM workstreams for enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of OCM strategies for technology, data, digital, and process transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and organizational readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
• Design and deliver role-based training and business enablement programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and support for change initiatives.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management with ownership of end-to-end OCM workstreams.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, data, digital, operating model, or process transformation programs.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to conduct assessments related to stakeholder impact and organizational readiness.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent OCM certification.
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Transformation programs.
• Understanding of Data Owner, Data Steward, and Data Governance operating models.
• Experience in supporting global transformations within federated organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
