Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Phagwara. The Nurse will support physicians and other clinicians in delivering patient care, including taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and assisting with examinations and procedures. The role includes coordinating patient appointments, preparing treatment areas, administering medications as directed, and monitoring patient responses. The Nurse will help patients understand their care plans, provide health education, and ensure accurate documentation in clinic records and digital systems. The position also involves collaborating with the wider care team to maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Experience in clinical patient care, including taking vital signs, basic assessments, and supporting medical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Comfort using digital tools and electronic medical records in a clinical environment.
• Knowledge of basic infection control, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Phagwara, manage multiple tasks, and respond calmly in urgent situations.
• Prior experience in outpatient, clinic, or telehealth settings is an advantage.
