Role Description The NRI Desk – Global Seekers will oversee and grow DharmikVibes dedicated desk for Non-Resident Indian and global seekers, ensuring seamless, trustworthy spiritual and wellness experiences. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves managing end-to-end journeys for NRI clients, including understanding their needs, curating suitable DharmikYatras, poojas, wellness retreats, and online/offline experiences, and coordinating with DharmikGuides and partner networks. The role includes leading a small operations team, setting service standards for the NRI desk, maintaining transparent communication and pricing, and resolving issues to protect trust. The NRI Desk will also collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine offerings for global seekers, support data-driven insights, and contribute to building scalable processes for international outreach. Ongoing responsibilities include stakeholder management, documentation, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of the NRI seeker experience.

Qualifications

• Client and stakeholder management skills, including relationship building, expectation setting, and issue resolution for NRI and global seekers.
• Operations and coordination skills to manage bookings, itineraries, vendor and guide communication, and on-ground execution across multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills in English and other languages (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate empathetically across cultures; proficiency in Hindi or additional Indian languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer experience, hospitality, travel, or wellness/spiritual services, preferably in roles serving international or NRI clientele.
• Organizational and process improvement skills, including documentation, basic data analysis, and the ability to create or refine standard operating procedures.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, messaging apps, productivity software); familiarity with AI-driven or app-based customer products is a plus.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse spiritual, cultural, and wellness needs, with a strong commitment to trust, transparency, and ethical practices.
