Non Technical (Non-IT) Recruiter

Alfalogic Solutions hires a results-driven and high-energy Non-Technical/Non-IT Recruiter to manage high-volume / bulk recruitment for Blue-Collar positions. The selected candidates should handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for skilled, semi-skilled, and operational roles (such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, drivers, technicians, operators, hotel and hospitality staff and etc.).

Role & responsibilities

• Should have min 6 months to 2 years experience into Non-IT Recruitment lifecycle
• Sourcing techniques and adequate practice on bulk/mass hiring process for blue-collar positions.
• Understand the duties/tasks and role of the positions (Job Description).
• Should represent JD to the suitable applicants and keep them warm till they join.
• Manage mails and phone calls with the applicants.
• Maintain a proper tracker of the requirement working on.
• Should have good oral and written communication

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a any graduate with experience on bulk/mass hiring for blue-collar positions.

Should have knowledge on HR industry

Should have good oral and written communication skills
