Process: Non IT Recruiter

Location: Navale Bridge, Ambegaon BK, Pune

Eligibility:

• Graduation required
• Minimum 6 months of HR Recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Interview Coordination
• Age: 20 to 30

Salary:

• 18,000 to 30,000 CTC
• Salary based on relevant experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up for selection and joining
• Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets

Work Details:

Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday Off
