Job Overview

Virtue America is looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis and sourcing to offer coordination and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for Non-IT positions across Finance, Healthcare, Administration, and related domains.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of US hiring terms, including W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and manage candidate submissions through VMS/MSP portals.
• Discuss pay rates, coordinate offers, and manage hiring documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requirement details in ATS platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in US staffing, preferably in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing practices, employment classifications, and visa categories.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Willingness to work from the office during the US night shift.
