About this role

Description

We are seeking a motivated Non IT Recruiter to join our team in Kormangala, Bangalore to help fulfil demands of on International and domestic voice/non-voice processes. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent for various non-IT positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to attracting top talent.

It will be 5 days work from office, at Kormangala 4th Block, 80ft Road.

Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the roles.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Participating in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
