Job Summary:

1. Network Infrastructure

• TCP/IP, OSI model, IPv4/IPv6
• LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLANs
• Routing and switching
• Subnetting, CIDR, default gateways
• Ethernet, trunking, STP, link aggregation

2. Network Security

• Firewall administration and rule management
• NAT, ACLs, and network segmentation
• Site-to-site and remote-access VPN (IPsec/SSL)
• IDS/IPS, web filtering, and application control
• Security policies and access control

3. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Network availability and performance monitoring
• Packet capture and traffic analysis
• SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow fundamentals
• Latency, packet loss, and connectivity troubleshooting

4. Network Services

• DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM, Proxy services, RADIUS, Active Directory Integration and authentication basics

5. Wireless & Remote Connectivity

• Wireless access points and controllers
• SSID, WPA2/WPA3, and wireless security
• Remote-access VPN configuration
• Site-to-site connectivity and ISP failover
• Remote user connectivity troubleshooting

6. IT Support

• Desktop & Laptop Support
• Windows, Linux & macOS Administration
• Network, DNS, DHCP & VPN Support
• User & Identity Management
• Endpoint Security ( Antivirus, Patch Management)
• IT Asset & Inventory Management
• Remote Support Tools
• IT Ticketing, Incident Management & SLA
• IT Documentation, SOPs & ISO 27001 Compliance
