NET Technical Lead – Azure Kubernetes (AKS)

We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes migration expertise to lead the modernization and migration of enterprise applications from data centers to Kubernetes-based cloud environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• .NET Development: 8–10 years of relevant experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
• Kubernetes / AKS: Minimum 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience, preferably involving Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Migration Expertise: Experience contributing significantly to data center-to-Kubernetes cloud migration projects.
• Microsoft Technologies: Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Azure Cloud: Experience developing, deploying, and hosting applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub, TeamCity, build tools, pipeline automation, and blue-green deployments.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, make design decisions, and remain accountable for delivery.
• Production Support: Understanding of high-volume production systems, risk management, security fundamentals, and service reliability.
• Software Engineering: Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, XP, software design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Communication: Excellent coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise environments.
