Job Description .Net Kubernetes with Python Full Stack Developer

Key Expectations

• Participate in mobilization, account/access enablement, environment and toolchain familiarization, program and workstream orientation, backlog familiarization, and establishment of delivery working practices.
• Analyze and refine prioritized VM/container backlog; clarify requirements, define technical tasks and acceptance considerations, estimate effort, identify dependencies, and support sprint planning within available capacity.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain automation for applicable VM and container platform engineering and Evergreen lifecycle/currency activities.
• Build reusable scripts, modules, engineering components, templates, and automation patterns that reduce manual effort and improve consistency and engineering productivity.
• Integrate delivered capabilities with applicable Client platforms, repositories, interfaces, pipelines, CI/CD processes, and engineering toolchains.
• Apply secure engineering, coding, configuration, version-control, peer-review, traceability, and release practices consistent with Client standards.
• Create unit, component, integration, and engineering validation coverage; execute testing, analyze results, retain required evidence, and support review and acceptance.
• Diagnose and remediate defects attributable to delivered work; perform root-cause analysis and implement agreed corrective actions where required.
• Maintain solution designs, build/configuration instructions, interface details, test evidence, operational considerations, release notes, known limitations, and knowledge-transfer material.
• Track progress, technical risks, issues, impediments, and dependencies; provide inputs to weekly status reports, sprint metrics, milestone evidence, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with Client architects, platform SMEs, security/engineering stakeholders, feature teams, test engineers, and Core Utilities engineers for decisions, approvals, environment readiness, and end-to-end integration.
• During controlled ramp-down, complete agreed in-flight work, update documentation, transfer knowledge, close defects, and support orderly handover within contracted capacity.
