nCino / Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced nCino / Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, nCino configuration, integrations, and banking/lending domain processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support lending and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & nCino Development

• Design, develop, and enhance applications on Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Build scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and custom integrations.
• Configure and customize nCino modules based on business requirements.

nCino Configuration

• Configure and support:
• Commercial Lending
• Product Package
• Collateral Management
• Document Manager
• Covenants
• Approval Processes

Integration Development

• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and external applications.
• Develop REST API-based integrations and event-driven solutions.
• Implement enterprise integration patterns and middleware-based connectivity.

Quality & Support

• Perform unit testing and code reviews.
• Support deployment activities and release management.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production defects.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, and performance optimization.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design sessions, effort estimation, and Agile ceremonies.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Follow Salesforce and nCino development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and coding standards.
• Drive automation, performance improvements, and continuous platform enhancements.
