Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Field Relationship Manager to assist tenants with their rental requirements, provide property-related support, and ensure a smooth rental experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet tenants and understand their rental requirements.
• Assist tenants with property visits and rental-related services.
• Coordinate with property owners and tenants to resolve queries.
• Explain NoBroker services and convince customers to use the platform.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain daily activity reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
• Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, real estate, or customer relationship management are preferred.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer meetings.
