Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) / Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong expertise in analyzing business requirements, solution design, system configuration, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations and stakeholder management across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and design functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Process Documents, and Solution Design documents.
• Support UAT, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide production support and process improvement recommendations.
• Work directly with business users and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of ERP consulting experience.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Expertise in one or more functional areas:Finance & Accounting
• Sales & Marketing
• Procurement & Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing
• Supply Chain Management
• Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and solution design.
• Experience in data migration, testing, UAT, and user training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation or upgrade projects.
• Exposure to international or global clients.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Certification.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, and integration concepts.
• Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
