MS Dynamics 365 - F&O

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O) Consultant with 7-12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, customisation, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O and experience delivering end-to-end ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F& O) implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional or technical solutions.
• Configure, customise, and optimise D365 F& O modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work on system integrations, data migration, and application enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Ensure solutions align with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O).
• Experience in D365 F& O implementation, customisation, configuration, and support.
• Understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Knowledge of D365 F& O architecture and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7-12+ years of relevant ERP/Dynamics experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F& O implementation.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
