Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mould Maker role located in Tada. The Mould Maker will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining moulds used in production, following engineering drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include operating machining equipment, measuring and inspecting components, performing adjustments and polishing, and ensuring moulds meet quality and safety standards. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mould defects, collaborating with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, and documenting work performed. The Mould Maker will also contribute to continuous improvement activities, proper housekeeping in the workshop, and adherence to all safety and compliance procedures.
Qualifications

• Practical experience in mould making, tool and die making, or precision machining, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications, with strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.
• Hands-on proficiency with machining tools and equipment (e.g., milling, turning, grinding, drilling) and basic knowledge of maintenance for these machines.
• Understanding of quality control practices, inspection techniques, and safe handling of tools and materials.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in Tool & Die, Mechanical, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
