Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics, animated assets, and visual content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas with the creative and marketing teams, designing storyboards, producing and editing videos, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and content specialists to deliver visually compelling digital experiences and optimizing motion content for different platforms and formats.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design and motion graphics skills, including experience creating animated assets and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience in video production, including editing, compositing, and preparing content for digital and social platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design and graphics creation for web, social media, and marketing materials.
• Skill with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and work within brand guidelines and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
• Relevant education or training in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field; prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment is an advantage.
