Motion Graphics Artist + Video Editor

We're a growing creative team looking for a Motion Graphics Artist and Video Editor who lives and breathes motion and storytelling. If you're looking for just a job, this isn't the place. If you want to build a long-term career in the creative industry, we'd love to hear from you.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 2 years of experience in motion graphics and editing (or a killer reel if you're just starting out)
- Hands-on experience creating event content for live shows and brand activations
- Someone serious about growing in the creative industry
- A self-starter who takes initiative, experiments freely, and learns on the go
- Comfortable working to tight turnarounds: event work moves fast, and you stay calm and organised when deadlines compress
- A team player who wants to eventually lead and take ownership
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Event content: stage visuals, show openers and screen content for live events
- Leading motion graphics and AI-assisted edits
- Editing Reels and Instagram content
- Crafting brand videos, promotional ads and digital campaigns
- Cutting long-form YouTube videos and branded content
- Building offline edit timelines for internal and client projects
SKILLS & TOOLS
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (primary) and Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset prep, graphics and layouts
- A strong sense of typography and layout, with the ability to design clean, readable visuals that work at large scale
- Familiarity with media servers (Resolume, Watchout, Disguise, Millumin or similar) is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of basic sound design, transitions and colour correction
- AI tools (a must): hands-on familiarity with AI editing and generation tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Firefly and Kling, and the judgement to use them well in real projects
-Having Color-Grading Knowledge is a plus
TURNAROUND EXPECTATIONS
Event and campaign work often runs on tight timelines. You can expect:
- Quick-turn edits and revisions, sometimes within the same day
- Last-minute client changes close to show dates
- Multiple projects running in parallel, with clear prioritisation
- Occasional extended hours or on-site support around live events
