About the Role

We are looking for a Motion & Video Editor who can think beyond execution. You should have a strong understanding of social media, campaigns, trends, audience personas, motion graphics, AI-generated videos and visual storytelling, along with the ability to handle clients and manage a team.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media, campaigns, reels and digital content.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, video edits, reels, campaign videos and animations.
• Create AI-generated videos and visuals using modern AI tools and integrate them into creative projects.
• Understand the brief, audience and business objective and suggest better creative approaches.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, editing styles and AI video trends.
• Work on campaigns from concept to execution, maintaining a consistent visual language.
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, present ideas and manage feedback.
• Manage and mentor junior designers/editors, delegate work and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Take ownership of projects from brief ideation execution final delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 35 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing / Social Media Content.
• Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of design, storytelling, pacing, typography and animation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and content formats.
• Ability to understand personas and audience behaviour.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in team management or mentoring.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
