Industrial Technical Diploma (Plastics Technology and Mold Fitting)

Job purpose

Assemble, fit, install, and finish new molds, and carry out modifications and mechanical repairs to ensure that each mold is ready for trials and production.

Required Experience 

Experience: 5 up to 10 years

 Assemble mold components in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.

 Perform manual fitting, grinding, finishing, and polishing as required.

 Install and adjust ejection systems, sliders, lifters, guides, and moving components.

 Inspect mold movement and verify clearances and alignment before the trial.

 Participate in mold trials, analyze mechanical defects, and implement the required modifications.

 Repair or replace damaged components and coordinate with the CNC, EDM, and Wire Cut sections when needed.
