• Proven work experience under Intune and managing corporate owned mobile devices
• Should be instant in responding and taking immediate to any lost/stolen devices.
• Knowledge on Mobile Device Enrollment in Intune and Company Portal.
• Conditional Access Policies on Azure AD
• Intune certificate renewal
• App integration in Intune
• Embody customer service excellence
• Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
• Exhibits poise and focus under high stress
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic to solve problems and get things done
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude

• Provide offshore End user IT support
• Resolve issues reported by end users on mobile devices like unable to send/receive email, unable to configure mailbox etc..
• React immediately to any lost/stolen device incidents.
• Monitor the Intune environment and perform periodic maintenance to keep up the security and hygiene of the infrastructure.
• To keep track of Conditional Access Policies related to Intune and fine tuning them as and when required.
• Analyze and propose improvement plans to keep the infrastructure secure and easy for end users to be able to use the service.
