MIS Executive

We are looking for a MIS Executive who is strong in MS Excel, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation and can manage large datasets with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

• Collect, consolidate & analyze data from multiple sources

• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers & performance reports

• Monitor business performance and highlight key trends/gaps

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management

• Improve and automate reporting processes wherever possible

Required Skills:

Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts, etc.

Strong data analysis & reporting skills

Experience in creating dashboards and trackers

Good numerical and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Added Advantage: Power BI / SQL / Power Query

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 1–4 years in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations
