Middle School Teacher

Company Description Prayatna Learning Center provides both online and offline tuition and coaching for students from 1st to 12th standard across all major subjects. The center focuses on structured academic support, helping learners strengthen core concepts and improve performance in school examinations. In addition, Prayatna Learning Center operates a preschool for Nursery, LKG, and UKG children, offering a foundation in early childhood education. Role Description The Middle School Teacher will be responsible for teaching core subjects to students in middle school, ensuring that lessons align with academic standards and the center's teaching methodologies. Daily activities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of academic performance. The teacher will collaborate with other educators to refine curriculum materials, support individual learning needs, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in school activities and meetings.
Qualifications

• Strong teaching experience and comfort working with Middle School learners, with the ability to manage a classroom and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including designing age-appropriate, structured, and engaging learning materials.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear instruction delivery, active listening, and regular, professional interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area; a teaching certification or diploma in education is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and academic levels, and to use basic educational technology where needed.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centered approach, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory classroom practices.
