Role: Product Support
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
Shift: US Shifts | 24×7 Rotational
Eligibility: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate
Technical Support experience preferred
Product Support Advocate:
- Technical support experience
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft products (Windows, Office/Microsoft 365)
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions
Requirements
- Graduation/PG completion certificate
- Original mark sheets required for onboarding
- Willingness to work US & rotational shifts
- Client-mandated training is mandatory
