Merchandiser

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Merchandiser to manage product planning, vendor coordination, order execution, and production follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and production teams.

• Manage order follow-ups from sampling to shipment.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order execution.

• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production and order-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and merchandising documentation.

• Follow up regularly with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of merchandising processes.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.

• Experience in the manufacturing/textile/bag industry will be an added advantage.
