Role Description The Merchandiser role at Vrinda Textiles is a full-time, on-site position based in Hathras. In this role, the Merchandiser coordinates between customers, sales teams, and production units to manage orders, samples, and product specifications. Daily responsibilities include tracking production timelines, maintaining accurate order documentation, and ensuring that quality standards and delivery schedules are met. The Merchandiser also supports pricing discussions, prepares product presentations, and collaborates with marketing and sales to identify customer needs and market trends. This position requires close monitoring of inventory and stock levels, resolving customer queries, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on order status and performance.

• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist in product positioning, showcase textile offerings, and support promotional activities.
• Relevant experience in textiles, apparel, or manufacturing merchandising is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Diploma or degree in textiles, fashion, business, or a related field is an advantage.
