About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare BOQ, material requisitions, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes.
- Perform testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Prepare project reports, as-built drawings, and documentation.
- Support quality control and project handover activities.
