Role Description The Member role at Hueness is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual contributes to multidisciplinary design and strategy projects, collaborating closely with team members across UX, branding, AI and tech, CGI, and industrial design. Daily responsibilities may include participating in brainstorming sessions, supporting project execution, documenting and sharing ideas, and helping refine concepts into deliverables that align with client goals and Hueness's design-first ethos. The Member is expected to actively engage in team rituals, provide constructive feedback, maintain project documentation, and help uphold the studio's planet-conscious practices and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Ability to contribute to user experience, branding, CGI, or industrial design projects through strong conceptual thinking and visual communication skills.
• Comfort working with digital tools and emerging technologies, including basic familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or design software relevant to creative and tech solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to participate effectively in multidisciplinary team environments.
• Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and openness to learning new methods, tools, and design practices in a fast-evolving creative landscape.
• Relevant education or experience in design, technology, strategy, or a related field; prior studio or agency exposure is beneficial but not required.
• Commitment to planet-conscious, ethical, and inclusive design principles, and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time basis.
