We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling international customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: 4.25 LPA - 4.5 LPA.
• Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.
• Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Week Offs.
• Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility.
