Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Transcriber to convert doctors’ voice recordings and medical dictations into accurate written medical reports, patient records, and clinical documentation while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe doctors’ voice recordings into accurate medical reports and clinical documents.
• Prepare and maintain patient medical records, discharge summaries, consultation notes, and other clinical documentation.
• Ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology.
• Review and proofread transcribed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy policies.
• Meet daily productivity targets and documentation turnaround times.
• Clarify unclear dictations or medical terms with the concerned healthcare professional when required.

Required Skills

• Good English listening, typing, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical transcription or healthcare documentation is an advantage.
• Certification or training in Medical Transcription is preferred.
• Freshers with relevant training and good typing skills may apply.
