Role Description The Medical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the overall clinical and administrative operations of the hospital in a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining quality standards in patient care. The role involves coordinating with department heads, managing hospital resources, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications

• Should possess strong clinical leadership skills, including experience supervising multidisciplinary medical teams and managing hospital operations.
