About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals and platforms, pay-per-call, CPL, VSL funnels, and Ecom offers. We're looking for someone early in their media buying journey who's ready to grow fast with us.

The Role

We're hiring a Media Buyer with some real, hands-on experience running paid campaigns, enough to know the basics, not years of it. You'll work on live campaigns with real budgets from day one, learning and improving with real data and real feedback.

You will:

• Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Bigo, or Newsbreak
• Track daily performance (spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead) and prepare simple reports
• Research audiences and study what's working for competitors
• Test new ad angles and creatives, and learn with data in front of you, why some work and some don't

The Fixed Requirements (check each one honestly before applying)

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on media buying is required, this is an entry-level role, not a senior position. If you have more than 1 year of professional experience, please don't apply, we're hiring specifically at this level.
• Platform experience on at least one of: Newsbreak, Bigo, TikTok, Meta, or Google. Mention which platform(s) you've personally run campaigns on this matters more to us than years of experience.
• Slight knowledge or exposure to affiliate marketing is preferred, even informal or self-taught. Mention anything you've done in this space, however small.
• Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid. Apply only if daily commute to Noida is realistic for you.
• Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is fixed.
• Compensation: Based on experience, discussed at interview.
• Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns on at least one platform, Newsbreak, Bigo, TikTok, Meta, or Google
• Comfort reading basic numbers (spend, clicks, CPL) and making simple decisions from them
• Some exposure to affiliate marketing, even small or self-taught
• The habit of figuring things out yourself before asking
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets and decent written English

Please Don't Apply If

• You have more than 1 year of professional media buying experience
• You have zero hands-on campaign experience, this role needs some real exposure, not just theory or courses
• You can't work on-site from Noida.
• The 4 PM–1 AM shift doesn't genuinely suit you
• You're currently in another full-time role or internship
