• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project execution and site management , particularly in MEP activities.
• Experience in industries such as lithium-ion cells, battery packs, automotive, or electronic gadgets manufacturing .
• Hands-on experience in industrial projects involving utility packages such as chillers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and HT/LT electrical panels.
• Proven experience in contractor management, site coordination, and project execution.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

2. Key Responsibilities A. Project Planning and Design

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineers to develop project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and technical requirements.
• Support the design and layout of industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Coordinate HVAC and other MEP design activities to ensure seamless integration with civil, structural, and electrical systems.

B. Project Implementation and Management

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of project milestones.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services in line with approved budgets, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and associated utility systems.

C. Quality Assurance and Documentation

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, change requests, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with project teams to conduct post-construction reviews and document lessons learned.

D. Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional project teams.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development.
• Act as a subject matter expert during technical discussions, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

3. Key Skills and Technical Requirements A. HVAC Systems

• Strong understanding of HVAC system planning, design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and optimization.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, system components, energy-efficiency measures, and sustainable design practices.
• Ability to ensure HVAC systems meet applicable regulatory requirements, project specifications, and operational needs.
• Experience with industrial HVAC systems and utility integration will be preferred.

B. Electrical Load Calculation

• Understanding of electrical load calculations and estimation of power requirements for building and industrial systems.
• Ability to assess the electrical requirements of HVAC equipment, lighting, heating, cooling, and other utilities.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure sizing and coordination to ensure safe and efficient system operation.

C. Plumbing and MEP Coordination

• Experience coordinating plumbing systems and complex piping layouts with mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural components.
• Ability to optimize space utilization, resolve interface issues, and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination during design, installation, and execution.

D. Building Information Modelling (BIM)

• Understanding of BIM-based coordination and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models, identify design clashes, and support resolution before construction.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and practices to improve design accuracy, coordination, and construction efficiency.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial project execution, particularly in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or similar manufacturing facilities.
• Professionals with strong expertise in HVAC, MEP coordination, and industrial utility systems.
