Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily preventive maintenance (PM) as per the yearly PM calendar and weekly schedules and fill in CNC machine check sheets.
• Attend to machine breakdowns promptly, diagnose mechanical faults, and restore machines with minimum downtime.
• Record breakdown details, downtime and abnormalities, and support closure of PM abnormalities.
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare CAPA for breakdowns exceeding two hours.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems: bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, couplings, lubrication, ball screws, LM guideways.
