We are pleased to announce that Wolf 3D Printing Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Quality to join our team. As a leading provider of advanced 3D printing and engineering solutions, we are seeking an individual who can ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes while supporting our mission of innovation and precision. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 year of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance and possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality control, process improvement, and maintaining high manufacturing standards.

*Responsibilities*

Perform quality inspection of 3D printed parts and mechanical components to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with specifications.

Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues or defects.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documentation, and records.

Work closely with the design, production, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.

Ensure proper use of measurement instruments and quality inspection tools.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Participate in internal audits and quality reviews.

Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.

*Requirements*

1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection in manufacturing/engineering environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and quality inspection techniques.

Familiarity with measurement tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
