Mechanical Design Manager

Hiring: Design Manager – Mechanical

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical Design & Engineering activities for industrial products and equipment
• Develop design layouts, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and BOMs
• Review customer specifications and convert requirements into engineering solutions
• Drive design verification, engineering calculations, and FEA analysis
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, AWS, and customer standards
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Projects, and Procurement teams
• Support design reviews, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and testing

• GD&T and Engineering Calculations
• BOM Preparation & Design Documentation

• FEA/ANSYS Knowledge
